It includes abrasive resistant Zhiktex™ II panels and padding in high wear areas for a softer ride and fantastic durability at high wear points. Tough and lightweight spandex also provides protection from the sun with a UPF 50+ rating. A highly flexible suit with several grid mesh spandex panels to increase airflow and reduce bulk. The item was well constructed with quality materials, but I returned it for fit reasons. While Zhik markets this item as unisex, the sizing matches that of their men's line. The dimensions of my hips/waist/chest are all over the size chart, and the intermediate size I finally chose was far too loose in the top, and far too restrictive in the legs.
