Zhik accepts all cards connected to VISA, Mastercard and in certain regions, AMEX. Afterpay, Clearpay and Klarna is also available in selected countries and regions. For gift vouchers, pay by entering your code in the “discount code” box on the checkout page.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us to maintain security and to prevent fraud.
This may be due to a fault with your card or bank. First, please check with your bank to make sure there is no fault on their side. If there are no problems there, please contact our dedicated customer service team who will be happy to help you.
Due to our systems being automated we are not able to cancel orders. Any order that is no longer required and has been delivered can be returned using the returns form on our website. Visit our Returns & Warranties page for more information.

You may return an item for whatever reason within 30 days of delivery. Return items must be in an as new condition, unworn, clean and with all of their original packaging and tags. Further information can be found on our Returns & Warranties page.

We are so sorry this has happened. Please notify us via email HERE, quoting your order number and then proceed to our Returns & Warranties page to request a return. Please ensure that you clearly describe on the returns form what/where the damage or fault has occurred (or is visible) and we will refund you for the affected item(s). T’s and C’s apply. Typically, our onshore and clothing ranges run small.
Our products are designed with specific sports and uses in mind, so they are all cut slightly differently. For instance, an offshore jacket has a looser cut to allow for layering up underneath. A base layer may have a slim cut to keep it close to your skin. Have a look at our size guides to find the best fit for you. You can always return your item for a refund and replace with a different size if you prefer a different fit.
Base layers are designed for wicking moisture from your skin and are usually best when worn very close to the skin in a slim fit.
A middle layer is designed to add warmth by trapping heat close to you. A middle layer should fit comfortably, allowing freedom of movement, but should not be too loose or it will not be able to trap warm air.
An outer layer is a weatherproof layer that should fit with enough room to allow you to layer up underneath for warmth. Make sure it is comfortable and is long enough in the body/ sleeves/ legs to protect you from the elements. Our size guides will help you find the best size.
